Telemedicine is a convenient method of communication by either video chat or telephone call. When you call to schedule an appointment you will be asked if you prefer a video call or a regular telephone call based on the technology you have access to. If you prefer a video call you will be sent a text message that will take you straight to the video conference with the medical provider. You do not need to download an app or go to a separate website. If you prefer a telephone call, we will put you on the schedule. Stay near your phone because a provider will be calling you within 60 minutes! This service allows you to speak to a medical provider from the comfort of your own home.
